I've fried up the flowers stuffed with a mix of goat and cream cheese - mmm, so good. Ours are regular plain old orange ones, and they are literally unkillable - we don't actually want them anymore, and haven't wanted them for going on ten years, but the suckers keep expanding. Grrr.

I believe all daylilies are edible. I've never heard of a poisonous kind, at least!
