To answer my own questions:

I'm in the US, and I'd be interested in a plant swap. (I haven't quite gotten into seed saving & seed starting yet, so my seed stocks are limited to a few boring purchased annuals like lettuce.) I'd say a minimum of three plants, so as to include more newbie gardeners.
